About

Ayurvedic physician and pharmaceutical sciences specialist with a BAMS and an MD in Ras Shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana from Punjabi University, Patiala. My postgraduate training focused on Ayurvedic pharmaceutics: the processing and standardisation of herbo-mineral and metallic formulations (bhasmas, rasa aushadhis), and the preparation of classical dosage forms such as kwath, churna, vati, ghrita, and taila.
