I am a dedicated academician and researcher holding a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, and have qualified the CSIR-UGC NET with JRF in Life Sciences. I have approximately three years of research experience at ICAR–Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET), Ludhiana, along with experience in teaching, laboratory research, and scientific writing.

My research interests include Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology, Environmental Remediation, Food Fortification, Microencapsulation, and Biopolymer Development. I have contributed to 17 research publications in national and international journals, including publications with reputed publishers such as Springer and Elsevier, and have authored one book chapter.

I possess practical expertise in biochemical and food quality analysis, analytical instrumentation, protein analysis, and various laboratory techniques. My academic interests focus on integrating theoretical knowledge with practical learning, promoting research-oriented education, and encouraging innovation through interdisciplinary approaches.

I am committed to contributing to quality education, scientific research, and the development of innovative solutions to address contemporary challenges in life sciences and biotechnology.
