Objectives
• To celebrate the 80th Independence Day of India with patriotic spirit and enthusiasm.
• To commemorate the sacrifices and contributions of the freedom fighters of India.
• To promote patriotism, national unity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility among students.
• To encourage students to uphold the values of freedom, democracy, unity, and national integrity.
• To inspire students to contribute positively towards the development and progress of the nation.
Outcomes
The Independence Day Celebration was successfully organized by Pharmacy Department. The program created a patriotic atmosphere and encouraged students and staff to reflect upon the values of freedom, unity, national integrity, and responsibility towards the nation. The celebration strengthened the spirit of patriotism and encouraged everyone to contribute towards the progress and development of India.
Event Report / Description
The Independence Day Celebration was successfully organized on 15th August 2026 for the by both Pharmacy Departments. The program commenced at 7:30 AM with the gathering of students, faculty members, and staff at the New Building. The celebration included the ceremonial flag hoisting, followed by the National Anthem and patriotic activities. Speeches highlighting the significance of Independence Day, the sacrifices of freedom fighters, and the responsibilities of citizens were also delivered.
Students were encouraged to uphold the values of patriotism, unity, discipline, and national responsibility. The importance of contributing positively to society and working towards the progress of the nation was emphasized.
The Independence Day Celebration concluded at 8:40 AM with a message of patriotism, unity, and national responsibility. The event was well received and successfully created a sense of pride and enthusiasm among the participants.
